Christian Romano is Liberty Students first year-long Minister in Residence. Even though Christian is still in college and working at Chickfila on the weekends, he is making a tremendous impact on our student ministry team and in our middle school ministry. Have you ever asked yourself why you are currently doing all the things in your life right now? Whether it is going to school, working, or hanging out with a certain group of people. Well these were and sometimes are questions that I ask myself. My name is Christian Romano and I am 21 years old living in Hampton Roads VA. I have four brothers and two wonderful parents. Currently I work at my Church as a Minister in Residence which is a pastor in training and I love my job. I am also a full time student and I know that this is the season of life that I am in right now but one question that I am constantly asking myself is why am I doing this right now? Why should I continue doing the same thing every week? The biggest thing that I have learned during this stage of life is what the “Why” is behind what I am doing. What I mean by this is what is the purpose or reason I am working two jobs, living in Hampton Roads and why am I in school. Continue reading
