I don’t have the blog for this just yet, but I wanted to go ahead and get the mp3 up here.  This was our KTL class on how to tell the story of your text.  4 of our students will be preaching through the book of Judges next month, and I want them to master the art of story-telling in order to put their listeners smack-dab in the middle of the story.  So that even if they’ve heard it 100 times, they’ve never lived it like this before.  I believe this is important for all of our preaching and teaching.  So here it is, how to tell the story of your text.

Information to Parents and Students for the Revolution Conference

Here are more details for you concerning our trip to Louisville.

  1. Please be 15 minutes early for when your van ships out.  If you signed up for the noon crew to leave, be at the church by 11:45am.  If you signed up for the 2pm crew to leave, be at the church by 1:45pm.
  2. Please either come to the church having been fed lunch already…or with food in hand.  Please bring money for a supper in Louisville on Friday night and one coming home on Saturday. Continue reading →
